By purchasing pyrotechnic, you are agreeing that you accept and understand this disclaimer.

3.1 Identification: Products classified as dangerous goods will be clearly labeled and identified on our website and packaging. It is the responsibility of the customer to review and understand this information before purchasing. This falls under all products on our Pyrotechnics page.  

3.2 Legal Compliance: Users must comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines governing the handling, storage, and transportation of dangerous goods. This includes but is not limited to international, national, and local regulations. Users must understand these before using pyrotechnics. 

3.3 Professional Advice: Users are encouraged to seek professional advice, such as consulting with regulatory agencies or industry experts, to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

3.4 Restricted Areas: Certain products may be restricted or prohibited in specific regions or countries. Users should be aware of and adhere to these restrictions. Milsim Supplies Ltd cannot be held responsible for this, and will only limit shipping to within mainland United Kingdom.

5.2 Liability Limitation: Milsim Supplies Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or consequences arising from the use of dangerous goods purchased through our platform.

General Guidance:
• No pyrotechnic, explosive, or blank firing device is permitted to be purchased by (or attempted to be purchased by) anyone under the age of 18.
• No pyrotechnic, explosive, or blank firing device should be used by (i.e. given to) anyone under the age of 18
• No pyrotechnic, explosive, or blank firing device will be exported outside of the UK Mainland
• No pyrotechnic, explosive, or blank firing devices we sell are for recreational purposes only, specifically for use in airsoft wargames at recognized and professional venues.
• We recommend wearing protective clothing including gloves, eye protection, and ear protection before and during handling these products.

• Our Products are hygroscopic and will not work properly if not stored in the correct manner i.e. In damp locations, Sheds, etc, always keep them clean and dry. No warranty can be given if the products fail to work as intended due to moisture or improper storage.

WARNING: USE OF LASERS

  1. General Safety

    • Always wear appropriate safety goggles specifically designed to filter the laser wavelength being used.

    • Ensure all personnel in the vicinity of laser operation are also equipped with proper protective gear.

    • Ensure the area is free from reflective surfaces that could redirect the laser beam and cause accidental exposure.

    • Do not shine lasers into persons eyes.

    • Do not shine lasers into night vision devices.
